Trade Capture Junior Specialist with French

Trade Capture team is part of Funds Dealing Service department in Securities Services domain of BNP Paribas providing service to our global clients. If you have proven track of client focus role and are willing to share your expertise and learn new things, if you fancy working in a dynamic and growing multi-cultural and multi-location environment then it's time for you to level up your adventure in Funds Dealing Service department.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Bank Industry would be an advantage
  • English and French on advanced level (B2/C1) is a must
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn


Responsibilities:

  • Capturing client's orders and placing them on the market in order to deliver required service accordingly to SLA requirements
  • Performs daily checks in the system capture and input of client's instructions to ensure process is delivered in line with the procedures.
  • Monitors incoming email queries to ensure timely responses.
  • Reports to Team Leader any system or process problems to ensure the issues are addressed.
  • Prepares required reports to fullfil SLA requirements.
  • Identifies and reports gaps in the process to reduce risk and inefficiency in the process.
