Senior/Specialist in Private Capital Middle Office



Requirement:

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial sector
  • University degree in economic or related fields
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Private Capital Funds
  • Knowledge of Private Debt Funds flows
  • Technical expertise on relevant applications associated to the process, including knowledge on FIA e-Front platform will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of managing the Private Debt Funds’ liquidity, MO main tasks are ensuring debt transactions are timely captured in the system, settled and reflected correctly in the weekly reporting sent to the clients to .
  • Cash management: analysis of the portfolio incomes and asset sales reception by reconciling and proposing proceeds allocation accurately within the structures.
  • Investigation of possible discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls..
  • Calculation of management fees, communication with the client on every step of the production.
  • Development and enhancement of working files in a growing environment.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the location.
  • Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs)
  • Active participation in the evolution of the department.
  • Supporting the migrations of new operational activities.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner.
