Private Capital Quality Control & Tax Team Leader with French

Requirements:

• Experience in people management in financial process driven environment
• Experience in process re-engineering: automation, migration or optimization
• Mindset tilted towards innovation, efficiency and curiosity
• Structured communication; critical and constructive mindset
• Nice to have: experience with AI projects
• Fluency in French and English (min. B2 level) 

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic vision and be supportive in driving changes in Quality Control and French Tax teams;
• Foster a human-centered leadership approach: maintain close proximity with team members to encourage collaboration, trust, and engagement
• Monitor individuals’ development and upskill the team
• Manage team governance; ensure risks are monitored and mitigated
• Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
