HFS TA Cash Junior Specialist

Requirements:

• Higher education/during studies
• Basic investment banking/financial knowledge
• Previous work experience in finance is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate
• Fluency in English as working language.
• MS Office knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Participating in processing requested payments for the hedge funds clients and monitors the payment settlement process to deliver client service agreements.
• Supporting processing clients accounts cash reconciliation and cash breaks to ensure client service is delivered.
• Supporting Team in simple issues investigation to help in ensuring service level defined in SLAs is delivered.
• Assisting all team members with basic activities training to support knowledge transfer, effective communication and cooperation within the team and between teams. 
• Identifying process gaps and informs more senior Team members about potential operational risks.
• Builds and maintains business relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to keep high service satisfaction level.
