Position Purpose

 

 

Job Summary

The Full Stack Engineer leader is a member of the development team who is responsible for the code of applications in each product. 

He/she oversees or carries out the design and production of quality software solutions in accordance with the best practices (maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, testable and in line with the business line’s needs). He/she provides application support 

As a Senior Java Full Stack Angular Developer, he will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the applications using Java and Angular for both internal and external users.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional IT and Business teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate needs to be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, Oracle PL/SQL, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing for high performance, scalable applications

 

 

 

Functionally, He/she works and allocates to one of these subjects: Quotation or Account Management 

Or Finance or Events Management (Maintenance, Fine etc..) or Insurance & Body Repair or Vehicle, Logistics & Remarketing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

Direct Responsibilities

  

·       Lead and control the development for the squad/product

·       Delivery of solutions (predominantly code) to a high standard in line with requirements, measured by minimal defects

·       Accurate estimation of work, measured by time taken to deliver compared to original estimates

·       Identification of risks and potential issues in advance

·       Contribute actively to the process of continuous improvement and innovation

 

  

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Contribute to Arval IT Develop

·       Take a proactive role in ensuring that API and UI development work are closely aligned to ensure secure, scalable high performance solutions are developed. 

·       Take an active role in defining database structures and caching to deliver optimal solutions in conjunction with a working on knowledge of the full technical stack (this will include automated functional and performance testing approaches / tools).

 

 

 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

 

 

Business and/or technical skills:

·       Knowledge of programming languages and front-end + backend development technologies (Java, Angular, REST APIs and others)

·       Good to have database knowledge in SQL Server, and Oracle

·       Analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work in a team and collaborate with Scrum Master, Developer and Tester

·       Strong DevSecOPS experience

 

Oversee the production of quality software solutions in accordance with the best applicable practices (maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, testable and in line with the business line’s needs), for the components and/or software segments assigned to him/her:

·       Lead and Develop software that meets development and security standards, while incorporating data and security objectives 

·       Design software solutions 

·       Optimize existing code and improve its maintainability
