Job Title: Vice President – FX PB Developer

Location: 525 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310

Duties: Design and develop new pieces of software and enhance existing software to provide new functionality. Analyze, design, and develop software applications using .NET, RDBMS Technologies in multiplatform environment. Support full software development lifecycle inclusive of design, programming, integration testing, peer code review, user acceptance testing and deployment. Manage release process by raising appropriate requests and coordinating with internal Teams. Participate in the development and integration of a real-time proprietary FX commodity trading system (the Infinity System) and our client facing Web portal (DataDirect system). *Telecommuting permitted 50%: Work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC Inc. office in Jersey City, NJ.

SALARY:   $179,982 - $200,000 / year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related Engineering field and eight (8) years of experience in a job offered or in a related role OR  Master's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related Engineering field and six (6) years of experience in job offered or in a related role. Must have eight (8) years of experience (or 6 with Master’s) in Software Engineering or Development. Must have six (6) years of experience with the following: Working with RDBMS database environment; experience with .NET platforms and related technologies, including C#, WPF, WCF/Web Services, MVVM, Prism, Rx, ASP/HTML5, and Typescript/Javascript; experience with Angular; experience with SlickGrid, Kendo Grid, and other 3rd party class components from DevExpress or other major vendors; experience with real-time messaging technologies such as MQ; experience in overall web architecture design, optimization, and improvement; experience in class libraries design and general application architecture; experience with Visual Studio 2017/2019; experience with CI/CD with Jenkins or TeamCity; experience with Source code repository like SVN, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket; experience with Multi-Threaded architecture / systems; and Experience with trading life cycle. Must have three (3) years of experience with Cloud Application Design. Must have one (1) year of experience with prime brokerage systems.
