About the Job

  • Participate to projects in a co-staffing mode with other 2S consulting team members located in Paris
  • Support local team manager in team development and team spirit
  • Develop a proximity with CIBC&T and 2S local teams 

Your Main Activities

  • Take full ownership on assigned modules, perform complex modelling and analysis, understand their potential impact for clients, and develop autonomously meaningful storyline at module level
  • Prepare and lead workshops and meetings using relevant techniques and providing insightful results
  • Connect the dots with other streams and client challenges at project level, as well as outside of the project
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients while maintaining independence and the capacity to challenge them
  • Develop their network and relationships with clients on a regular basis (middle and senior management)
  • Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to 2S Consulting development
  • Seek proactively to participate and help the team beyond the assigned duties
  • Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team and coach hybrid team members providing constructive feedbacks and respective improvement actions (esp. on consulting skills)
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the project team and with the Paris team

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction
  • Between 2 and 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Consulting
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Advanced knowledge of Office package (Excel)
  • Proficient in Project management Framing
  • Proficient in Organisation & Strategy - Consulting

About the Team

  • Securities Services (2S) is a business entity of BNPP CIB. 2S internal consulting team is located in Paris and counts 15 consultants, working for Senior Management on strategic and transformation projects throughout the organisation. The team is willing to develop an arm in Lisbon to leverage international and consulting profiles in a cross-staffing mode, working alongside Paris consultants, on projects mostly sourced from Paris
  • The local 2S Consulting Team will report functionally to the Head of the Paris team, and locally to the Lisbon Head of CIB Consulting & Transformation
