About the job

  • Within Investment and protection Services (IPS), the Wealth Management Credit Analysis and Lending Team performs credit analyses of all Wealth Management clients
  • In this scope, credit analysts are responsible to perform credit analyses (including due diligence when necessary) and recommendations to Credit Committees, Transaction Approval Committees when the credit opinion on a specific counterparty is required
  • Credit Analysis and Lending Team guarantees the selection and the follow-up of counterparties considered Doubtful, are on the Watch List or sensitive list, accurately evaluates the level of provisioning, guarantees the quality of credit files and portfolios (notably by complying with regulatory framework, including credit policies, rating policies and other Group guidelines), maintains a network of Industry contacts and performs on site due diligence, develops local market intelligence by performing on-the-desk research (financial statement analysis, monitoring of published research), while guaranteeing the availability of local market information and views on risk issues are communicated swiftly and effectively
  • Credit analysts are a main partner for the RISK Credit Officers and Relationship Managers for the clients falling under the Wealth Management credit process and is also in constant interaction with other business lines 

Your Main Activities Are

  • The mission is to ensure the daily support of the activity, and more precisely
    1. Analyze and prepare the files for the clients, notably the annual reviews
    2. Participate to credit committees
    3. Manage a portfolio of credit files
    4. Assist and advise the WM Relationship Managers in their credit-related issues and in finding financing solutions
    5. Contribute to the risk monitoring and regularization of credit irregulars
    6. Ensure the necessary follow-up with the various stakeholders
    7. Engage to various one-off projects and transversal missions within the Credit Department

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or Banking
  • At least 1 year of Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, dynamic
  • Team spirit, good personal relationship skills
