About the job
- We are seeking a talented Senior Data Visualization Expert to join the Human Resources (HR) team. As a Senior Data Visualization Expert, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex HR data into clear and actionable insights through visually compelling representations. Your work will empower our HR teams to make data-driven decisions that drive the success of our organization
Your Main Activities Are
- Create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations, including charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Translate data findings into compelling narratives to convey insights effectively to HR and organizational stakeholders
- Analyse large volumes of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to integrate and maintain data sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Play a key role in sprint planning and contribute in daily standup meetings to ensure on time delivery of new developments.
- Implement data validation and quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Train HR staff on interpreting and using visualized data for informed decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and initiatives
- Provide end user support and follow up with IT teams on any production incidents/issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manor
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proficiency of data preparation tools such as DataIku, Tableau Prep or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines
- Project management skills
