MISSION
As a Third‑Party Assistant Intern, you will support the Third‑Party Management & Strategic Sourcing team, handling vendor onboarding, contract tracking, risk‑follow‑up and governance. After training, you’ll become a key contributor to ensuring compliance and operational excellence across our international network.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Track contracts, renewals, purchase orders and invoicing on a daily basis.
- Collect and validate documentation for vendor onboarding and maintenance.
- Assist with TPRM evidence gathering, status updates and regulatory compliance.
- Help organise stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and follow‑up actions.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor vendor performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Studies
- Enrolled in the final 1‑2 years of a Bachelor’s or Master’s (Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, Law or related).
Skills

- Ability to handle confidential information and coordinate with multiple functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Language
- English B2 (spoken & written)
- Professional‑level Spanish
- French a plus.
