 Would you like to join our international team that delivers end-to-end solutions (applications and operations activities) to businesses of BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities around the world? 

 In the context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Miles Expert. 

 The service will be based in Madrid on SE.T premises. 

 The mission of this position is performing the management of the tool according to a described Raci matrix and IT Governance. 

 The candidate will onboard an expertise centre to support different clients according their needs. 

 The Key Configurator is responsible for configuring and maintaining the Miles software application to meet the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that the system is optimized. 

Responsibilities

As Miles Expertise for this international project, the main responsibilities are:

        Configure and maintain user accounts, profiles, and permissions 

        Set up and manage data imports and exports 

        Configure and maintain system workflows and business processes 

        Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users 

        Develop and maintain documentation and training materials 

        Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and improvements 

        Monitor incidents SLA, monitor KPI 

 What we are looking for: 

        Good knowledge of: 

 o   Miles Modules 

 o   Miles Platform 

 o   SQL 

 o   API Rest 

        Some Knowledge of: 

 o   Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) 

 o   Service Now 

  Business & transversal skills: 

        Organizational skills 

Detail-oriented

        Client orientation  

        Collaboration skills. 

        Experience in the Finance sector is a plus. 

 Languages 

        English level B2 or higher
