We are the Energy & Infrastructure team, part of Real Assets EMEA. With ~130 professionals across Paris, Brussels, London, Madrid and Milan, we advise and arrange limited‑recourse financing for infrastructure, power and renewables projects. Our mission is to deliver tailored capital solutions that enable sustainable growth for our clients.

🚀 MISSION
As a Transaction Associate, you will support the Director and Managing Director in originating, structuring and executing E&I deals across EMEA. You will lead pitch processes, coordinate with Origination and Credit Portfolio Management teams, and ensure high‑quality deal documentation. Your work directly contributes to the bank’s leadership in financing the energy transition.

🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage day‑to‑day execution of deal activities across Energy & Infrastructure EMEA.
• Prepare and deliver high‑impact pitch materials and client presentations.
• Lead full execution of arranging new deals under senior supervision.
• Coach junior team members and oversee their contributions to transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (origination, CPM, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth deal flow.
• Maintain market awareness and identify new business opportunities.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Proven experience in a top‑tier bank, leading execution of high‑profile E&I financing mandates.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and investment‑banking databases (FactSet, Dealogic, Bloomberg).
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Ability to build senior‑level client relationships and work collaboratively in a team.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage junior resources and drive process improvements.
