We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Data Protection Specialist Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have existing knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or be eager to learn and develop their skills in this area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a reputable banking institution and learn from our complex systems and layered processes.

Main Responsibilities

* Data Protection - executing and maintaining a ROPA directory and executing PAQs for the region .

* Data oriented role where in breaches must be declared , procedure for local HR must be made in relation to GDPR and Data protection , presentation to be made for Data Protection is also key. 

* Procedures - Clean up , organize and assist all HR teams to start the upload on My procedures according to classification. 

* Support the development and implementation of GDPR policies, procedures, and training programs

* Collaborate with departments to ensure GDPR compliance in their operations and projects

Requirements:

* Good Sound GDPR knowledge . Data Protection , knowledge is crucial to the role . Must have knowledge or proven educational background of a deep understanding of data and the regulations that surround it . 

* Advanced understanding of data protection principles and GDPR regulations

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently 

* Familiarity with data protection tools and software is a plus

* Excel and PowerPoint skills are key for success in this role . Must be at an advanced level . 

* Must be a Graduate
