Job Title: Data Analyst – Production IT
Department: ITG Production
About Business line/Function: Group CTO Office
Position Purpose:
· Team members responsible for leveraging production IT data to improve performance, stability, efficiency, trust and governance.
· The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and visualize operational data (incidents, changes, capacity, obsolescence, SLA, monitoring KPIs, etc.) to support decision-making and anticipate risks.
· Candidate will contribute to automation of reporting processes and will provide actionable insights to improve system stability, resilience, and performance across IT Production.
· The role also implies strong collaboration with APS, Problem Management, and Engineering teams, ensuring data-driven governance at COE level.
Direct Responsibilities
· Collect, clean, and structure production IT data from multiple sources (monitoring tools, ServiceNow, incident/problem/change databases, capacity reports, etc.).
· Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor stability, obsolescence, incidents, changes, performance, vulnerability, risks, budget, ...
· Provide regular reporting to management and committees (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with reliable and consistent data.
· Liaise with IT Production teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
· Perform root cause analysis using historical data and propose preventive measures.
· Automate recurring reporting tasks using tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Dataiku to improve performance, reliability, trust.
· Document data models, KPIs definitions, and reporting processes for consistency and knowledge sharing.
· Ensure data quality by identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data, and propose remediation actions.
· Ability to work within tight deadlines and individually as part of a team.
Contributing Responsibilities
· Support the COE initiatives by standardizing analytics practices across teams.
· Provide ad-hoc analyses for senior management, auditors, and committees.
· Support business continuity by ensuring reporting and monitoring remain available during critical periods.
· Monitoring daily production batches, alerts and notification, daily health check of system.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Strong experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku).
· Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
· Experience with scripting languages (Python, R, or similar) for automation and data analysis.
· Knowledge of Production processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Obsolescence).
· Understanding of IT Production environment, monitoring, and reporting tools.
Specific Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or related field
Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)
Technical Skills:
- BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku).
- SQL & data manipulation languages
- Scription Languages (Python, R or similar)
- ITIL knowledge will be a bonus
- IT Production processes (ServiceNow, monitoring tools, Capacity management, reporting tools etc.)
