About Business line/Function: GCP – PS SMR
Position Purpose: The jobholder will be responsible for strategic management reporting to senior stakeholders ensuring that all reports are published on time with 100% accuracy. He / She will support senior stakeholders (Group Client Profitability/Business Line/Coverage Teams across BNP) in understanding/monitoring of Client Revenues reported and maintaining Budget parametrizations in Baccarat

Reporting is to be performed in accordance with relevant and applicable instructions and requirements within the deadlines set forth, with complete audit trail to follow. The Jobholder is responsible for the day to day delivery/review of timely and accurate management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:- |
· Preparing monthly/quarterly/adhoc business reports with Client Revenues data |
· Monitoring business line performance by analyzing trends/variances and have special attention to reconciliation with Management Reporting to assess opportunities of scope enlargement |
· Performing sanity checks / reviews of monthly/ quarterly/ adhoc reports; raising questions to the production, support, interlocutors & senior management teams for further investigation/understanding and then providing well-articulated/analyzed commentary/explanations. |
· Providing analysis and timely response to questions raised by HO Finance / Regional Finance / Senior Management/ internal management, etc. |
· Actively contributing to the set-up of annual Budget referential in Baccarat |
· Understand various technicalities involved in maintaining the Client REFERENTIAL and keep enriching it basis latest business context |
· Maintaining good working relationship across teams (production, business line, senior stakeholders, etc.) and get things done efficiently/effectively. |
· Directly contributing to BNPP operational permanent framework. Enforcing controls and timely distribution / submission of accurate reports. |
Contributing Responsibilities
· Keeping documents/ procedures for the production of all reporting tasks up-to-date. |
· Strictly adhering deadlines as per agreed KPIs with good accuracy. Efficiency levels must be maintained with concrete plans for continuous process improvements |
· Ensuring Compliance trainings are taken‐up and completed per schedule. Critical activities are being backed‐up and performed per plan |
· Ensuring adherence to all regulatory / compliance/ security requirements. |
