Position Purpose
The Business Manager in the CEO office supports organisation-wide priorities across strategy execution, performance governance, stakeholder management and transformation initiatives. The role ensures alignment between BNP Paribas Group objectives and India Solutions delivery, growth and operating model
Responsibilities
Strategy, CEO Office Operations & Governance and Special Projects
Support tracking and monitoring of strategic priorities for India CoE
Translate high level organisation strategy into actionable initiatives, milestones and metrics
Drive cross functional transversal projects for India CoE
Support programs on Offshoring / Location Strategy initiatives
Prepare CEO level presentations, notes, business reviews, pitch decks, board ready materials as per established cadence
Support CEO communications, presentations for Townhalls and leadership messages
Support CEO Office governance, including agenda planning for key meetings and leadership visits, leadership forums
Monitor KPIs, Headcount, Growth Forecasts, Financials, Location strategy, Business, People and Risk Metrics
Drive delivery of organizational transversal initiatives
Support requirements for metrics/reporting on a need basis
Manage communication with stakeholders across business lines and functions ensuring clarity, consistency and responsiveness
Follow up on actions from Meetings and ensure execution discipline

Specific Qualifications (if required)
* Graduate Degree
* Experience of at least 12 years in BFSI GCCs in Strategy, Consulting, Business Management or Transformation roles
* 5 or more years of Project Management experience
* Strong experience in working with teams located at multiple locations
* Data analysis and problem-solving skills
* Certification in Project Management will be added advantage
