Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Analytics and Reporting

About Business line/Function: Human Resources
Position Purpose: Assistant Manager - HR Analytics is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust HR data models and analytical tools that turn workforce data into actionable insights. They partner with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear recommendations that support talent strategy, workforce planning, and performance management, while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across all HR reporting processes.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain standard dashboards across HR functions. Conduct analyses to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Visualization: Design clear, interactive visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Translate complex findings into concise executive summaries and presentations. Communicate results to HR partners and other stakeholders, highlighting actionable recommendations.
- Metrics and Insights: Participate in HR interventions (e.g., workforce planning, talent segmentation, DEI programs) by providing data driven insights and collaborating with cross functional teams to define metrics and success criteria.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Data Quality: Ensure data quality and integrity as per the aligned KQIs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline analytics workflows and contribute to the development of a governance framework for HR data.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI
Specific Qualifications:
Degree in HR or Statistics is desirable
