Job Title: Vice President – Energy, Resources & Infrastructure (multiple positions)

Location: 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019

Duties: Develop and build entire financial models and running multiple sensitivities. Execute and originate structured project finance deals with a focus on Latin America infrastructure and energy sectors. Conduct and lead due diligence review liaising with consultants such as legal, technical, market, environmental, insurance, and tax consultants. Structure and close bank, project bond, private placement and Term Loan A or B project finance and related structured debt transactions primarily in the Power, Infrastructure, and Energy sectors. *Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Inc. office in New York, NY. 10% of domestic travel required.

SALARY:   $176,571 - $235,000 / year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related role OR Master's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Must have five (5) years of experience (or 3 with Master’s) in credit and financial analysis; financial products such as bank, bonds, and derivatives; and debt financial modeling. Must have five (5) years of experience (or 2 with Master’s) with: Project Finance and/or Structured Finance deal execution at a major financial institution, corporate, or rating agency (including client and documentation negotiation, credit applications, modeling, and due diligence); and the Energy and/or Infrastructure sector. Spanish language proficiency required.
