Your Main Activities Are
- Control Framework Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain controls aligned with the organization’s control framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Identify gaps in existing controls and propose process improvements to mitigate risks.
- Project Management:
- Lead small-scale projects related to control industrialization, including:
- Planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables (timelines, budgets, resources).
- Defining business requirements for control-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.
- Conducting post-development testing to validate control effectiveness and process efficiency.

- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between process owners, control owners, external auditors, and other stakeholders to:
- Clarify control requirements and address issues promptly.
- Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather input and drive consensus.

- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of controls, processes, and procedures (e.g., flowcharts, standard operating procedures).
- Prepare clear and concise reports for management and audit purposes, highlighting control performance, risks, and remediation actions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance control efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc analysis or initiatives as required by business needs.
Profile and Skills to Success
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, control frameworks, risk/compliance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Visio, SharePoint) and reporting.
Preferred:
- Experience with control testing, process mapping, or audit support.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, COBIT) or industry-specific standards.
