Payment & Cash Management Operations Officer

Primary Role Responsibilities

• To provide operational support for cash management business activities

           - Payment operations of inward & outward remittance

           - Payment operations of NSTP e-banking & paper-based instructions. 

           - Term deposit placement & settlement

           - Cash account maintenance

           - Internal & external reporting including regulatory reports

           - Cash sweeping

           - Operational & regulatory risks controls in compliance with internal guidelines as well as regulatory requirement

• To ensure appropriate escalation to management (via Team Head) and/or permanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
• To comply with the BNPP IT Security policies

Other contributions

• Manage operation issues with back office teams in India
• Interact with the business lines and other functions to meet the client needs 
• Respond to inquiries raised by internal & external clients
• Bring direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework

What is required for you to succeed?

• Experience in Cash & Remittance Operations 
• Knowledge in local FX regulations
• Team working, collaborative mindset
• Get skilled e-banking procedures & systems 

Required education/certification/licenses

• Competency in excel & macro
• Communication both in Korean and English

Experience Level : At least 3 years
