2026 APAC Graduate Programme – Securities Services - Singapore
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with first class training and immediate responsibility, it gives you the support and development you need to start a successful career in financial services.
For: Final year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any disciplines from a recognized university
Duration: 24 months
Start date: July 2026
Location: Singapore

Who can apply?
To be considered for the placement, you will:
- Possess GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline;
- Have to be fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage); and
- Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven thinking, with commercial awareness and a keen interest in latest finance topics as well as market trends

What you will do?
As CAO, CoS and Client Lines Graduate Analyst, you will:
To provide integral central support to the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer including Strategy and People agenda.
- Work closely with Chief of Staff (CoS) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to manage the following:
- Assist CoS in gathering market input from Location Sales Head; operational inputs from Product and Operations teams including updates from Functions’ and Business Partners etc.
- Participate and provide materials for monthly location updates
- Gather input from Management team and prepare materials for management reporting
- Organize location Town Halls and events
- Operational KPIs
- Drive a project on Operational KPIs and fit them into a dashboard
- Synthesize key takeaways/opportunities from the data to facilitate project review and management updates
- Risk Management
- Provide value added support on governance, Conduct and control elements with the aim of assessing, mitigating operational risks and improving quality.
- MarComm & People’s Campaign Support
- Analyze key metrics to strategize initiatives in improving workplace culture
- Initiate and drive key campaigns to support people’s agenda
As Client Delivery - Business Implementation Change Management, Billing & Transformation Office Graduate Analyst, you will:
- Manage End-to-end coordination of new client onboarding and change requests from initiation to GO-Live
- Coordination of Transitions related activities for existing clients – fund launches, terminations, restructuring, etc.
- Coordinate the account and market opening forms between the clients and network team
- Deepen relationships with all stakeholders and clients and proactively manage issues arising from requirements, deliverables and deadlines.
- Assist in establishing project governance with internal business units for coordination, planning and tracking.
- Assist in driving regular strategic client meetings, documenting, understanding the onboarding and transition activities timelines, deliverables, requirements, key dependencies and track to closure, escalating where necessary.
- Assist in completing documentation for implementation sign-off, audit and control
- Ensure close collaborations with Internal stakeholders – specifically Client Delivery, Client Development, Sales and Relationship Managers to manage pipeline, resourcing and project handovers.
- Assist to support business billing lifecycle activities
- Assist to support transversal and local projects per Singapore Management Committee’s priorities across the Securities Services business
- Provide support with client queries
- Assist in production of client report, investment performance and risk analytics
- Assist in the day-to-day fund administration operations
- Support the review of daily, weekly and monthly NAV funds
As a Private Capital Graduate Analyst, you will:
Assist the Team in carrying out delivery of service to client support onboarding and transitions and participate in business change and improvement projects:
- Assist the Operations team in timely completion of middle office loan administration or fund administration activities such as preparing client’s accounts, preparing NAV calculation, reporting and statement distribution, audits, preparation of other client’s deliverables, conduct research and/or system testing and adhere to BNP’s internal control and risk framework.
- Assist the Change Management team in executing improvement initiatives such as automation and processing documentation & review.
- Assist the Product & Solutions in enhancing their internal set of tools to cope with the variety of Fund Structure across all our locations.
You will take away with experience in contributing to such projects, exposure to Fund service for the ever-evolving Private Market asset classes in the dynamic APAC market, while having achieved valuable enhancements that will have lasting impact on the team.
