2026 APAC Long Internship (Jun -Dec) – Global Markets, Equity Derivatives Index Exotics Trading – Singapore

Who can apply?

To be considered for the placement, you will:

  • Apply as a penultimate or final year undergraduate in any discipline; 
  • On track for a GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline; 
  • Have to be fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage); and 
  • Demonstrate an inquisitive mind-set, with analytical skills, mathematical aptitude, and a keen interest in latest finance topics as well as market trends.

Responsibilities

Index Exotics APAC is a trading desk within Equity Derivatives Trading that makes prices for clients and manages the risks coming from client products on Equity Indices in Asia-Pacific (e.g. equity-linked notes & swaps on NIKKEI 225, TOPIX, HSCEI, HSI, KOSPI 200, CSI 300). the desk focuses on managing its market exposure (delta, gamma, vega, rho).

The role o the intern within the team will be:

  • Analysis of products and market / pricing parameters
  • Automation of monitoring and reporting tools (for manager review) 
  • Under the  supervision of the head of desk, to assist in the booking of trades, and producing daily and weekly reports.
