Description

What is this position about?

    Handle cash payment related queries received from external and internal clients ie Front office, middle/back- office teams. Contact clients or Relationship Managers to clarify/obtain information on their payment requests. Perform follow- ups and resolve client issues if necessary. 


What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 


Primary Role Responsibilities

    Handle pre and post processing activities in PCMO mostly in relation to client contacts both internal and external

    Monitor and follow up on outstanding approvals required on clients’ payments

    Be up todate on new policies/procedures and applicable regulatory requirement and comply with bank mandatory requirements

    To perform timely mgmt. reporting and ensure adherence to incident reporting policy


Other contributions

    Contribute to roll out of new processes and adoption of operations controls

    Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by maintaining sufficient controls

    Active participation on ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by Management from time to time


What is required for you to succeed?

    Diploma or basic University Degree

    Cash management products and operations knowledge and experience

    Customer and client service focus

    Good communication skills

    Control awareness and operational risk skills

    Ability to work as a team, good team spirit
