HR Business Partner



Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR Business Partner role within an international company (previous working experience in SSC/BPO will be an asset)
  • Excellent command of English (min. C1 level)
  • Excellent command of Polish (min. C1 level)
  • Practical knowledge of Polish Labour Law
  • Strong command of HR processes and procedures
  • Outstanding work organization  
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable ability to analyze and understand data and information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric banking environment


Responsibilities: 
  • Propose and facilitate new HR strategies and initiatives in response to business and employee needs
  • Partner with managers to support the achievement of business goals thorough effective people management practices
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent application of employee policies, providing guidance on HR standards and Polish labor law
  • Coach and support managers in key HR processes such as Annual Appraisal, Compensation Review Process, Talent Management ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, absences and performance management ensuring fair and compliant outcomes
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Team to identify and attract top talents supporting the assessment of candidates for key and managerial roles
  • Lead HR initiatives that ensure the bank maintains a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing organisation
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and supporting a constructive and performance-oriented work environment
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendation for continuous improvement
  • Proactively influence and continuously improve HR processes to maximize business value and employee experience, ensuring alignment with market best practices and evolving legal and regulatory requirements
