As a Senior Dealer you will be a central driver of the Fixed‑Income franchise in CEE Region, executing and managing risk in Government bonds and Rates Derivatives. You will lead daily trading activities, shape market‑making strategies, and work closely with Institutional Sales to deliver top-class service for our global client base.

Senior Dealer – GM Interbank

Requirements:

• Fluency in English – min. C1 level
• BA degree in Finance & Economics
• Good understanding of Global Macro Strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in financial markets and instruments, supported by a minimum of three years of professional experience
• Proven Profit and Loss track record in managing risk on a stand-alone position  
• Strong analytical skills 
• Experience in collaboration with local and international clients

Responsibilities:

• Managing market risk within allocated limits
• Maximising monetization of client franchise by market-making and servicing client flows
• Providing liquidity to electronic platforms
• Collaborating with sales teams in building and maintaining client franchise
• Generating regular market comments
