As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally.

Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Transactions Settlement Junior Specialist


Requirements:

  • Secondary or higher education, preferably in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related fields.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in banking operations or securities services (less experience is acceptable – we provide training).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn new processes.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in the office for the initial onboarding period (~1 month), then hybrid model 50/50.


Responsibilities:

  • Process daily settlement confirmations and client instructions in internal systems (maker/checker process).
  • Monitor transaction status and incoming confirmations from the market to ensure timely settlement.
  • Respond to internal email queries and collaborate closely with the client relationship team.
  • Report any system or process issues to the Team Leader.
  • Prepare reports to meet SLA requirements.
  • Identify and report process gaps to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
