Who we are
Founded in 2014, BNPP Consulting & Transformation (C&T) is an internal consultancy with about 250 consultants in Paris and Casablanca. C&T offers the Group's businesses and functions a cost-effective alternative to external consulting firms, handling strategy, organization, and transformation program management combined with an in-depth understanding of the Group. Team members work in a diverse setting and collaborate directly with bank Senior Management on major projects across the consulting and transformation spectrum such as:

Problem solving projects on business development or cost optimization topics

Structure and steer large transformations and anchor change
▪
Contribute to large remediation projects
▪
Enhance operational performance
▪
Enable business development opportunities
▪
Support clients in their BAU or projects by reinforcing their team
▪
Perform internal or suppliers' audits
The Function also manages the "C&T network", the Group's network of internal consulting teams dedicated to specific Businesses or Functions. The C&T network includes around 700 consultants, including central teams.
BNP Paribas C&T reports directly to the Group COO, Philippe Maillard, and is part of the T&OP community.
Your daily responsibilities within the Team
As part of the C&T COMEX Team, reporting directly to head of C&T, you will build and develop the C&T team in Romania in order for your team to lead or contribute to consulting and transformation projects both for domestic and international clients.
Main objectives: set up a high-quality team, deliver impactful missions and manage your budget to ensure revenues cover all your costs. Key responsibilities include therefore:
▪Develop and manage the Romania C&T team:
oLead, in proximity with C&T Paris teams, the development and growth of the team: recruit, train, and mentor diverse talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
oContribute to methodology design and the professionalization of the team
oEstablish and oversee key processes (staffing, invoicing, risk management) as well as budget management.
oBuild a strong relationship with Paris head of teams to ensure local consultants answer their expectations in terms of impact, but also with territory Management in order to develop a local network (both internal and external within BNPP)
▪Supervise a portfolio of projects:
oC&T Romania portfolio will cover 2 types of missions:
▪As a main focus, contribute to Paris C&T projects by staffing local consultants to support Paris central teams (joint staffing on projects lead by Paris team)
▪Identify strategic local needs and lead local projects (100% local staffing)
oSupport Managers and Consultants in mission delivery, participate in workshops (if need be), steering committees, and client meetings.
oEnsure good governance and client satisfaction as well as high rate staffing
▪Promote C&T excellence: Share expertise on C&T skills and methodologies, provide regular feedback and coaching, and drive the development of consulting tools and knowledge management practices.
▪Build long-term relationships:
oDevelop trust with clients and partners, strengthen the C&T brand, and promote innovative practices across the Group.
oDevelop a high-level network of sponsors and stakeholders
▪Engage in governance and network activities: Participate in C&T governance bodies (Comex, Engagement Committee, Practices and KAM meetings,tcc.) and contribute to the C&T practices, network's seminars and community events.
Technical skills expected to fulfill the role:
You hold a Master's degree and have over 15 years of professional experience, including at least eight years in a Tier 1 strategy or organization consultancy, mainly in Banking and Financial Institutions, with a minimum of three years as Principal or Director/Partner, working directly with client General Management and Executive Committees.
You have proven expertise in strategic consulting and transformation and you can think strategically and operationally.
You have managed teams of more than 15 people, demonstrating teamwork and a people-oriented approach.
Finally, your entrepreneurial mindset will allow you to continue leading and growing the team while maintaining a start-up spirit, and you have shown strong ability to collaborate constructively with peers towards common goals.
