Office Assistant – Outsourced Service (Contract with Grafton complany)


We are looking for a Receptionist to join our company in the heart of Bratislava!

About ARVAL COMPETENCE CENTER

We are part of the multinational BNP Paribas Group and have been operating in Slovakia as an organizational unit of Arval Slovakia since 2015. Our main mission is to provide support to Arval BNP Paribas group entities worldwide. Arval BNP Paribas is a leading provider of operating leasing in 30 countries. Our support includes technical and financial services, consulting, and outsourcing. We cover all areas related to operating leasing, such as customer contact center, controlling, warranty, insured accidents, and back-office operations. One unit focuses on operations (call center, driver communication, technical department), while the other covers financial services, including complex accounting advisory.


Main Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors, recording their details, and offering refreshments.
  • Supporting and assisting employees across the company.
  • Taking care of kitchen areas and supplies (cleanliness, replenishment, fruit).
  • Maintaining cleanliness in meeting rooms.
  • Actively contributing to improving company culture and office environment.
  • Ordering office supplies and refreshments.
  • Handling mail and invoices, booking travel services.
  • Copying, scanning, binding, shredding.
  • Communicating with suppliers (cleaning services, building management, benefits providers).
  • Managing access cards and supporting onboarding of new colleagues.
  • Assisting with company events and other office management activities.


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in improving processes and the work environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
