YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL

As Community Manager of the Innovation Hubs (i-Hubs), you play a key role in connecting innovative companies, ecosystem partners and internal expertise.

You contribute to the development of the i-Hubs by translating market insights and innovation trends into concrete business opportunities, while reinforcing our position as a trusted partner for innovative clients.

 

AND IN DETAIL

Driving impact within the i-Hubs

  • Activate and support i-Hub Relationship Managers : You enrich and animate the community by sharing market insights, innovation trends and ecosystem knowledge, helping RMs translate opportunities into concrete business.
  • Shape and execute the i-Hub strategy: You contribute to defining short- and long-term priorities and ensure their execution across the hubs.
  • Leverage Group and CIB expertise: You work closely with Group experts and CIB Growth Solutions to develop tailored solutions for top i-Hub clients.

 

Building ecosystems and business

  • Be actively present in the innovation ecosystem: You develop relationships with start-ups, scale-ups, accelerators and other partners, and strengthen the positioning of the i-Hubs.
  • Support business development: You identify high-potential opportunities within innovation networks and contribute to their conversion into sustainable growth.
  • Promote the i-Hubs: You contribute to the visibility of the i-Hubs through partnerships, events and targeted communication initiatives.

 

Ensuring performance and visibility

  • Monitor performance and impact: You track results, identify opportunities and provide clear insights to senior management.
  • Create visibility towards stakeholders: You communicate on progress, impact and priorities in a structured and transparent way.

 

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES

 

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong ecosystem exposure and a certain level of seniority.

  • Proven experience in Corporate Banking or a related environment, with exposure to innovative companies
  • Experience within an innovation ecosystem (start-ups, scale-ups, venture capital, incubators, accelerators, etc.) is a strong asset
  • Strong business development mindset and affinity with origination
  • Established network and ability to build credible relationships
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Strong transversal collaboration skills 
  • Analytical and communication skills for performance tracking and reporting
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and execution-oriented
  • Fluent in Dutch/French and professional English

 

This role gives you the opportunity to work with innovative clients, connect to the Belgian innovation ecosystem, leverage BNP Paribas Group expertise, and contribute to the development of our i-Hubs.
