Which department will you join?
You will join the Agile Center of Excellence (ACoE), the driving force behind BNP Paribas Fortis’ agile transformation. Our mission? To guide the bank toward a sustainable agile culture by equipping teams, standardizing best practices, and innovating—including integrating artificial intelligence into our processes.
In practice, we collaborate with Guilds (expert communities like Product Owners, Scrum Masters, etc.) to simplify, structure, and make their knowledge accessible.
This is where you come in: ➔ Do you enjoy organizing information and making it useful?
Here, you’ll help transform a cluttered SharePoint into a clear, AI-friendly knowledge base. ➔ Are you familiar with agile but want to see how it scales?
You’ll dive into the daily operations of a bank in full transformation. ➔ Are you curious about real-world AI applications in business?
This internship is your gateway to understanding how AI can enhance agile team efficiency.
What do we expect from you as an intern?
Your core mission: Prepare the ground for integrating a Large Language Model (LLM, like a conversational AI) into the Product Owners’ Guild SharePoint. To do this, you will:
- Audit and clean up existing content (documents, guides, processes): sort, remove duplicates, and update outdated information.
- Restructure the site’s navigation to make it intuitive and logical (hierarchy, tags, metadata).
- Collaborate with the Guild to identify Product Owners’ real needs and tailor content accordingly.
- Document content governance rules (who updates what, when, and how?).
Are you the right fit?
We’re looking for a student who:
✅ Targeted education:
- Master’s in Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Communication, or equivalent (penultimate or final year).
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Management (final year) with a strong interest in agile or AI.
✅ Key skills:
- Organization and rigor: You enjoy classifying, structuring, and making information accessible.
- Analytical mindset: You can spot problems and propose practical solutions.
- Interpersonal ease: You engage with users to understand their needs (without jargon).
- Curiosity about AI and agile: No need to be an expert, but you’re eager to learn how these worlds intersect.
✅ Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneNote) – basic knowledge required.
- Professional English (content is in English).
✅ Nice to have:
- Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or frameworks like SAFe.
