Would you like to join our international teams that deliver applications to businesses of BNP Paribas Group entities around the world? We are looking for a .NET Developer colleague to join our team working together with colleagues from France.

Your role is to develop software applications according to the business needs being involved in all phases of SDLC based on the Agile (Scrum) framework.


Key responsibilities: 


  • Plan, develop and implement projects or features of large-scale projects, as part of the development team
  • Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems
  • Assisting in Production issues
  • Share knowledge about your area of expertise, best practices and provide functional support
  • Together with Product Owner, define and estimate the complexity of User Stories
  • Contributing to testing strategy (end to end tests / integration tests)
  • Contributing to approval of functional tests in QA environment
  • Perform functional (end-to-end) test cases
  • Maintain documentation


What we are looking for:


Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in .NET technologies, with expertise in Backend design & development, and functional testing (end-to-end)

Technologies:

  • Frameworks: .NET 4.6 & 4.8 / .NET Core 5 & 6 & 8
  •  C#, Powershell, T-SQL
  •  Web services: WebAPI (REST), SOAP
  •  SQL Server 2016
  • CI/CD: Git / Jenkins / SonarQube / Docker

Others:

  • DevOps: Be able to install services on IIS in remote environments
  • Tools: Postman, SoapUI, Swagger
  • Environments: Visual Studio 2022, Visual Studio Code

 

We’ll be considered a plus if you have experience with:

  • Frontend: Javascript (Typescript), React, JQuery / Ajax
  • Batch / Autosys
  • Cloud technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Hashicorp Vault
  • Cloud IaaS (Windows server) / PaaS
  • Concepts like Toolchain & Pipeline
  • Hexagonal architecture


We are also interested in:


  • Language skills: 
    • French – Good conversational skills & good understanding of text/documentation 
    • English - Able to communicate effectively in conversations and understand technical documentation 
  • Attention to details, analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player mentality: ability and willingness to collaborate and support in a global team
  • Self-driven, suggests ideas, has initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously
