Descrizione
We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Management Control team within Finance Department, covering activities related to management accounts, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, support for business needs and analysis, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures as per local and group requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish timely monthly local and group reports as per applicable group standards
- Support month-end and year-end closing process
- Preparation and reporting of budget and forecasts
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance needs
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local and group reporting requirements
- Develop and document business processes, local and group procedures, risk analyses and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls under applicable perimeter
- Provide support for internal or external financial audits
- Prepare and coordinate pricing proposals (ADR) as well as comparative analysis and price simulations; any other profitability simulations as needed/requested
- Involve and support applicable key projects of finance department
- Manage and maintain the ERP database
- Search for and implement new methods for reporting and analysis in a more efficient and automated manner
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a financial controller
- 5+ years of overall experience in accounting and finance
- Advanced level of English (written/spoken)
- Relevant knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with the month-end/year end closing process for financial statements
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentations skills, Power BI is a plus
