Job Title: Governance and Controls co-ordinator.
Department: Banking Platform IT
About Business line/Function: This role pertains to Governance and control management for Banking Platform IT in ISPL. Banking Platform IT includes approx. 900 employees who help with development, testing & production support services for Banking applications of BNP Paribas. Banking Platform IT team supports different regions like APAC, Americas, Europe, MEA etc.
Position Purpose: Candidate will be a part of Transversal team for BANKING PLATFORM IT business at ISPL.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· BCM:
o Primary contact for all BCM (Business continuity management) activities for BANKING PLATFORM IT ADM
o Ensuring timely renewals of BIAs document (Business impact analysis) as per required deadlines.
o Co-ordinate WADi (Wide area disaster recovery) strategy tests
o To check the scope for any tests initiated by BCM/IT teams. Also, to check the scope of testing for DR (Disaster recovery) drills, application testing etc.
o Consolidate critical staff list on a quarterly basis.
o Refreshing Everbridge contact list for new joiners.
· Governance:
o Providing monthly and quarterly dashboards related to governance updates.
o Setting up governance steerco meeting schedules along with Global and India stake holders.
o Formatting, reviewing steerco decks and to Minute the discussions.
o Refresh org chart on a monthly basis.
· Controls:
o Prepare quarterly production access and to monitoring the workflow for production access approval.
· Visitor Management:
o Co-ordinating onshore senior management visits to India,
· Automation: To automate and contribute value creation for the existing processes
Contributing Responsibilities
· Closely coordinate with internal stakeholders on the periodic review and upkeep of BC Plan.
· Coordinate with BCM team to answer queries, follow-up for approval etc.
· Adhere to the BC processes, in terms of document updates, approvals, drills, etc.
· Setting up Governance steerco meetings along with Global and Regional stake holders and publishing Minutes.
· Automation of process
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· 5-10 years of relevant working experience in Governance, automation topics
· Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
· Ability to work in an international environment
· PPT, Excel advanced and also Power BI will be helpful
Specific Qualifications:
· Good knowledge of banking & IT process
Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)
Technical Skills:
o Expert in Microsoft office products – especially XL,ppt, Sharepoint, Outlook calendar management.
o Excellent communication skills
o Automation tool Power BI, Tableau

Education Level: Bachelor degree or equivalent
