V.I.E – HR Recruitment and Projects Analyst – Dublin (M/F)

What will your day look like?

For over 200 years, BNP Paribas has supported the European and international economy by developing innovative, responsible, and sustainable financial solutions. Present in 65 countries, the Group relies on the commitment of its 190,000 employees to provide clients with high‑quality, close‑to‑home services.

Within BNP Paribas Ireland, you will join the Human Resources Department, which supports nearly 550 employees across the entire employment lifecycle. The HR team, made up of dedicated and experienced professionals, plays a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the Group’s growth in Ireland.

As an HR Recruitment & Projects Analyst, you will contribute to high‑value‑added missions within a dynamic team that oversees all local HR topics.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the end‑to‑end recruitment process in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager: scheduling steps, candidate follow‑up, communication with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Supporting the management of transversal HR projects, such as career events, updating HR materials (guides, processes, tools), and contributing to the implementation of new regulatory frameworks in Ireland.
  • Assisting HR Business Partners on various HR management topics depending on priorities.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of local HR processes to increase efficiency and enhance service quality for operational teams.

A great workplace matters!

You will join a team of nine HR professionals recognised for their service mindset, professionalism, and collaborative spirit.

The office, located in South Dublin, is easily accessible by tram.

A hybrid working policy is in place, and the teams benefit from an open, supportive, and skill‑enhancing work environment.

What’s next?

This V.I.E assignment is an excellent opportunity to develop solid skills in recruitment, HR coordination, and project management.

Given the team’s human scale, you will gain a comprehensive view of a broad HR perimeter and work with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.

This experience will strengthen your HR expertise in an international setting and prepare you for future roles in HR coordination, Talent Acquisition, junior HR Business Partner positions, or HR project management—within BNP Paribas or other international organisations.

Why should you join BNP Paribas?

The world is changing—how we consume information, how we buy, and how we work. What matters in a job today is living meaningful experiences, learning, sharing goals and achievements with colleagues, and building your own career path—responsible, unique, and sustainable.
