Business Overview:
FRESH Finance & Risk Solutions is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of third party and in-house developed reporting solutions for the Liquidity, Finance, and Risk sponsors. Their scope of responsibilities includes people management, interaction with multiple stakeholders, project management, business analysis, technical support, and development of IT solutions in line with best practices established by CIB and the BNP Paribas group.

Responsibilities:
The Regulatory Reporting Team Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing multiple innovative and digital solutions to support Liquidity, Finance, and Risk sponsors. The candidate will engage with multiple stakeholders from Finance, Risk, and IT across various regions and countries to understand both functional & technical requirements and take ownership of the implementation plans.
To guarantee the performance of solutions or services required by the Business or Functions, the candidate will:
- Define objectives of their scope based on the entity’s strategic priorities.
- Adapt the entity’s general strategy concerning information systems in accordance with both local and Group-level IT, Finance & Tax, Risk, and FINANCE & RISK IT Governance procedures and conduct and compliance principles.
- Participate in compiling the needs expressed by the business to prepare the entity’s strategic plan and the related request portfolio.
- Participate in the operational implementation of the entity’s objectives in its scope.
- Propose innovative services or solutions.
Lead the team, organize, and guarantee the work within the scope of responsibility is properly completed:
- Manage and lead multiple teams of project managers/business analysts from multiple locations including NJ, Montreal, Chennai and/or Mumbai.
- Contextualize and relay information from Executive Management to the team.
- Lead the team and guarantee local management for team members. Assist in their entity’s transformation. Present, explain, and adapt the objectives set for their scope.
- Set objectives, define operating methods, and organize work for teams based on resource capacity plan.
- Coordinate and monitor all activities under their responsibility.
- Promote teamwork, co-construction and cross-functionality.
Monitor and manage resources in accordance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards:
- Directly manage teams under scope, provide guidance and expertise.
- Define budget and monitor costs incurred for area of responsibility.
- Participate in the company’s savings plan.
- Make and report on decisions.
- Build action plans and monitor implementation.
- Report alerts depending on the governance established within the scope when the activity has an operational risk and propose necessary corrective action plans.
- Take part in process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure availability of human resources to achieve the expected results in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
- Together with Procurement, ensure a contractual relationship within the framework of Procurement procedures and approved service providers.
- Ensure vendor license invoices are reviewed and processed for payment in a timely manner.
Assess and manage the IT & Cyber security risks within their scope of responsibility:
- Be aware of IT & Cyber security risks while considering day-to-day and future activities.
- Apply and promote the Group’s IT governance rules, including those related to IT & Cyber security risks, within their activities, teams and relationships with third parties.
- Communicate any organizational, scope or operational change impacting the risk profile of their activities, and report developing IT & Cyber security risks to their immediate supervisor.
- Depending on their level of delegation, implement the necessary corrective actions.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working in Finance services industry.
- Extensive experience in team management and project management
- Good knowledge of ALMT role, mandate and activities
- Good knowledge of financial products, accounting methods and norms, month-end closing, financial synthesis and reporting
- Work experience in the field of Liquidity solutions implementation, with at least 2 of the following:
- Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report (FR 2052a)
- Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)
- Net Stable Funding Ration (NSFR)
- Foreign Exposure Reporting (FFIEC 009, FFIEC 019)
- Internal Liquidity Stress Testing
- Liquidity Risk Limits
- Complex financial products, their related-risk and liquidity impacts
- Good working knowledge of BNPP IT applications relevant to Liquidity, Finance and Risk.
- Broader perspective of innovation around Finance and Risk IT in the marketplace
- Knowledge of IT tools such as JIRA, SharePoint.
- Experience working effectively in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
- Soft and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with, and present to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical/problem solving mind-set, with the ability and willingness to get into the detail to find solutions when necessary.
- Collaboration skills including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of stakeholders worldwide.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $185k to $250k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
