About the job


  • The Workspace Planning Officer is expected to Design spaces, propose layouts and coordinate works according to the real estate strategy of BNP Paribas in Portugal

Your Main Activities Are

  • Define layout projects and design spaces following internal standards
  • Prepare documents and projects for RFP purposes
  • Manage growth through the Space Planning management tool, confirm ramp ups, propose the best solution for the internal clients
  • Propose different scenarios depending on the requests or constraints
  • Manage projects with clients, make sure that their expectations are considered and reach a compromise when necessary
  • Manage MyPortal tickets
  • Prepare communications for the Space Planning team
  • Supervise works and manage projects when necessary
  • Follow purchase process (asset register, purchase order, invoices controls…)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic Degree in Architecture, Fine Arts or Design
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Procurement and Facilities Management
  • Proficient with Autodesk Revit Architecture
  • Fluency in English
  • Comfortable with MS Office Tools such as MS Excel and PPT
  • Great communication skills
  • Be organized
  • Able to understand, explain and support change
  • Be able to inspire others & generate commitment
