About the job

  • As part of CDF division, the DLP team is responsible for ensuring the data leak prevention of sensitive data. The team operates from Lisbon and Paris, managing two key functions: the monitoring and handling of potential data leakage events, and the functional administration of the DLP platform. This position is within the Functional Administration team
  • The Functional DLP Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the DLP platform. The role involves incident management, rule creation, policy tuning, and user support, with a focus on both day-to-day operations and project-driven improvements. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with the engineering teams, production teams, DLP analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets operational and security need

 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Incident Management:
    1. Analyze and manage potential DLP-related incidents
    2. Coordinate with production teams to resolve technical issues
    3. Provide second-level support to end-users
  • Role and Access Management:
    1. Manage user roles and permissions within the DLP console
    2. Review and update access controls annually
  • Change Management & Evolution:
    1. Oversee changes to the DLP platform, whether as part of minor upgrades or larger projects
    2. Manage the lifecycle of functional and operational improvements
  • DLP Policy Management:
    1.   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements
    2.   Define and create DLP rules (policies), working closely with engineering teams to implement them
    3.   Test and validate new DLP policies
    4.   Fine-tune existing DLP policies to ensure their effectiveness
    5.   Conduct annual reviews of DLP policies
  • Procedures:
    1. Review and update functional administration procedures annually.
    2. Establish and annually review validated practices (business-authorized practices) to ensure they align with company standards and security requirements
  • Problem & Change Resolution:
    1. Identify and resolve platform-related problems
    2. Lead the resolution of issues related to platform changes, coordinating with relevant teams

 

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Previous experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platforms   
  • High level of rigor and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage incidents and identify root causes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and support platform changes and upgrades
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams, translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and customer service
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure with a calm and organized approach
