About the job

  • People Analytics is the data expertise center of the HR department. Its mission is to provide HR teams, managers, and senior leadership with reliable analyses, robust indicators, strategic dashboards, and data products that support decision‑making, enhance employee experience, and steer workforce dynamics across the Group

Your Main Activities Are

  • As Chapter Lead Analytics Lisbon, you are responsible for the development, excellence, and cohesion of the Analytics Chapter in Lisbon, composed of Data Analysts and Data Quality Analysts. You play a central role in the expansion of the dual‑office model between Paris and Lisbon, ensuring methodological alignment and high‑quality analytical standards across both locations
  • You are the hierarchical manager of the collaborators within your chapter. You conduct performance evaluations, define and monitor individual objectives, and support their professional growth and development plans. You ensure a working environment that fosters learning, autonomy, and continuous improvement
  • You animate the chapter as a true community of practice: leading knowledge‑sharing rituals, methodological deep dives, analysis reviews, and skill‑development activities. You ensure that analysts apply strong analytical rigor, robust statistical methods, KPI discipline, data storytelling principles, and People Analytics standards in all deliverables
  • Contribute to the framing of analytical work, especially when expert guidance is required to clarify business needs or structure analytical approaches. You act a methodological reference to guarantee relevance, consistency, and high‑quality outcomes
  • You are a key contributor to data governance within People Analytics. You work closely with the Data Management to enforce BNP Paribas standards related to data quality, integrity, protection and lineage. You help detect data‑related risks, escalate them appropriately, and guide remediation efforts when needed
  • Promote a data‑driven mindset within Group HR, contribute to cross‑chapter transformation initiatives, and strengthen the presence and impact of the Analytics capability within People Analytics globally

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Proven experience in management or leadership, ideally in a data, analytics, or technical environment
  • At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a large, complex, or international organization
  • French and English fluent
  • Strong command of analytical methodologies, KPI design, quantitative techniques, and data visualization
  • Inclusive and inspiring leadership, with the ability to grow and develop teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capacity to simplify and structure complex information
  • High level of rigor, analytical discipline, and methodological excellence
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to challenge constructively
  • Excellent command of Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Strong experience with data preparation tools
  • Solid understanding of Data Quality, Data Governance, and data lifecycle concepts
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, exploratory analysis, and analytical framework
