- We are seeking a talented Senior Data Visualization Expert to join the CIB Human Resources team. As a Senior Data Visualization Expert, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex HR data into clear and actionable insights through visually compelling representations. Your work will empower our HR teams to make data-driven decisions that drive the success of our organization
Your Main Activities Are
- Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations, including charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Storytelling: Translate data findings into compelling narratives to convey insights effectively to HR and organizational stakeholders
- Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Data Integration: Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to integrate and maintain data sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Play a key role in sprint planning and contribute in daily standup meetings to ensure on time delivery of new developments
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation and quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- User Training: Train HR staff on interpreting and using visualized data for informed decision-making
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and initiative
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data visualization tools and techniques
- Provide end user support and follow up with IT teams on any production incidents/issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manor
Profile and Skills to Success
- Masters Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a Human Resources context
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Data driven mindset / exploratory data analysis
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines
- Flexibility: ability to work in a changing environment
- Project management skills
- Facilitate problem solving & collaboration
