Your Main Activities Are

• Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations, including charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Storytelling: Translate data findings into compelling narratives to convey insights effectively to HR and organizational stakeholders
• Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Data Integration: Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to integrate and maintain data sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Play a key role in sprint planning and contribute in daily standup meetings to ensure on time delivery of new developments
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation and quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• User Training: Train HR staff on interpreting and using visualized data for informed decision-making
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and initiative
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data visualization tools and techniques
• Provide end user support and follow up with IT teams on any production incidents/issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manor

Profile and Skills to Success

• Masters Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a Human Resources context
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Data driven mindset / exploratory data analysis
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines
• Flexibility: ability to work in a changing environment
• Project management skills
• Facilitate problem solving & collaboration
