CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES

Private Capital Fund Accountant Officer (M/F)

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?

Statutory and consolidated NAV processing:
 

1. Participation in the launch of new funds, sub-funds, SICAR and unregulated entities.
2. Bookkeeping of all entities and calculation of NAV.
3. Review and analysis of NAV calculated by external counterparts (client or dedicated service provider).
4. Control the consistency of the valuation received and used for underlying assets.
5. Execution of 1st level controls if any in respect with BP2S procedures.
6. Follow up of the liquidation of funds (or sub-funds), SICAR and unregulated entities.
7. Assistance in the preparation of financial statements.
8. Completion of annual and interim audit requests.

Professional experience and/or degree 

Master’s Degree (>=5 years). At least 2 years as a Fund Accountant, Fund Controller in a Management Company or as Auditor.
