ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
To be in charge of the production and monitoring of the budget and its rolling forecasts as well as the control of the accounting closures and piloting the KPI's for business monitoring.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop tools and information for the margin control of the entities and identify threats to the achievement of the established objectives:

- Analysis focused on prospective vision and decision making.

- Rolling forecast of results (production control, NBI and overheads) and analytical indicators.

- Cost allocation by responsibility centre and companies.

- Occasional studies according to internal customer requests and internally identified needs.


2. Production and monitoring of the budget and its updates.

- Coordinating with the managers involved and the head office and consolidating the data obtained for presentation to the Management Committee.

- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and encouraging the search for efficiencies.


3. Controlling in form and time the accounting closures and budget ensuring a true and fair view of the financial data:

- Carrying out second level global and analytical controls on the accounts as required by the parent company.

- Analysing the key indicators that enable the Management Committee to assess the current economic situation and monitor the company's strategy.

- Reporting of figures to Head Office following the standards implemented by the Group.


4. Ensuring an adequate level of internal control in relation to the execution of Management Control tasks.


5. Performing the Management Control Guidelines and taking responsibility for correcting any deficiencies.


6. Drafting and updating Management Control procedures and controls.


7. Within the Quality Management System:

- Knowing the Quality Policy of the Company

- Knowing the Objectives and Targets established by the company.

- Actively participate in the adoption and implementation of corrective actions and/or preventive actions.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Studies

Universitary studies in Finance

 
  • Experience

At least 2 years in planification and control team

 
  • Languages

Spanish and English high level.

 
 
SKILLS
  • Technical

Excel expert

Accounting knowledge

SQL & Power BI is a plus

 
  • Transversal & Behavioral

Analytical ability

Ability to anticipate business / strategic evolution

Ability to set up relevant performance indicators: Synthesis and communication skills
