ITTF – FINANCE and RISK SOLUTIONS
Finance and Risk Solutions (FRS) is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, people, and time-to-market. FRS is a department within IT Transversal & Functions (ITTF), part of IT Group.
FRS is a global organization, with resources located in 11 countries across Americas, UK, Europe, India and APAC. FRS aims to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation for today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.
FRS is hierarchically part of ITG organization. governed by a unique collaborative sponsorship between Finance, RISK and ITG.
The SoFRESH Fronting team, located in Madrid, Lisbon & Mumbai, is in charge of the day-to-day communication to Finance applications.
Application Support domain Control Tools Topaze & Business Support team (CTBS) located in Lisbon is in charge of administration and production support of accounting back-office tools (input and control accounting tools), user support and tools availability communication towards users
In addition, the team will be the first level of support (Ticketing/Rerouting) for all Finance & Risk.
The Team:
• Ensure follow the sun Business Support on the tool’s usage and incidents.
• Regular dialogue with Production reporting stakeholders.
• Regular dialogue with Project stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
The SoFRESH Fronting team acts as the Single Point of Contact for OFS & CIB finance end users from Account Payable tools to Reporting applications. Its activities mainly deal with the Jurisdiction, the Incident Management and the Data Integrity controls.
Key interactions on regular basis
§ Regular dialogue with Production Stakeholders
§ Regular dialogue with Project Stakeholders
Main functions:
§ Pillar 1 - Control Integrity and Data availability
§ Pillar 2 - Administrate Finance Systems
§ Pillar 3 - First level of Support for Incident and Request linked to Finance Systems
§ Pillar 4 - Proactivity in the communication
Other functions:
§ Participate in implementing Project (new systems/new process)
§ Ensure the high team standard are respected performing recurrent controls
§ Training in support tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Training and occupational experience
· Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology
· 2 -5 years of experience in Support or in Project for Financial Systems ideally
· Proficiency level of English speaking is mandatory, French will be appreciated
Essential specific requirements
· Client Care
· Hands-on experience of systems’, interfaces and IT processes investigation
· Problem solving and action / change management oriented.
· Ability to work in team mode and support other colleagues in a changing perimeter.
· Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated
· IT skills: Excel, Mainframe IBM 30XX is a plus
· Strong analytical skills and ability getting a general overview of situations and issues.
· Good organization skills and commitment to deliver.
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and duties (support on wide system scope)
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and capability to work and interact with various people of different expertise.
· Experience in working in project mode, hands-on experience of systems migrations and management of PMO (project management office) would be a plus.
· Knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting processes, standards, controls and systems.
