We’re hiring: GDO Trainee – Madrid (from September 2026)

The Group Data Office (GDO) is looking for a Trainee to support its activities in Madrid from September 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to strategic communication initiatives linked to Data, AI and Innovation at Group level.

What you’ll do

As a GDO Trainee, you will support the COO & Transversal team, contributing to the visibility and engagement of GDO across the Group.

You will contribute to Group initiatives, working closely with experts across Data Management, Data Privacy & Protection and AI Office streams:

• ✍️ Support the creation of engaging editorial content (EchoNet, newsletters, campaigns)
• 🎯 Develop internal communication initiatives (Advent Calendar)
• ? Support visibility of key Data & AI topics
• 🎪 Assist event organization and community engagement (e.g. AI Forum)
• 🛡️ Contribute to communication on Data Privacy & Protection initiatives (e.g. Viva Engage content)
• Help coordinate communication deliverables (timelines, contributors, formats) and ensure consistency with Group guidelines

Your profile

• 🎓 Student in Business, Communication, or similar
• ✨ Creative, proactive and well‑organized
• ✍️ Strong communication skills (writing and speaking)
• 🌍 Fluent in English (French/Spanish a plus)
• 💡 Interest in digital, data or innovation topics
