🚀 MISSION
As a CTO Office SharePoint Intern, you will redesign how the office manages data and services.
You will design and prototype a SharePoint site that centralizes budgeting, HR, skill tracking, and vendor management.
Your work will streamline processes for the CTO Office and IT Production heads, enhancing efficiency and transparency.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Gather requirements from CTO, finance, HR, and outsourcing stakeholders.
• Design SharePoint architecture: site hierarchy, libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Build a demo site, conduct user testing, and iterate based on feedback.
• Create user guides, process sheets, and deliver hands‑on workshops.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Business.
• Prior experience in IT environments.
• Fluent English (written & spoken); French a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Power BI is desirable.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and pressure‑handling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural banking setting.
