Job Title: Power BI Dashboard Support Analyst

Department: ITG - FRESH

About Business line/Function: PMLS

Position Purpose: The PERSEUS platform (Tagetik) is the application to consolidate the figures of the BNP Paribas Group.

The role covers publishing, quality-control, release coordination, minor-change management, and day-to-day user support.

The role is pivotal in guaranteeing that business users receive accurate, timely insights while maintaining the operational integrity of the DANAE Power BI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Publish new and updated Power BI reports to the Power BI Service following defined naming,securityand documentation standards.
  • Conduct pre-release validation including data refresh, visual integrity, access rights and sign-off in collaboration with data owners.
  • Coordinate scheduled releases andhot-fixeswith the development and BI team, tracking version numbers and deployment timelines.
  • Log, assess and prioritize minor change requests including visual changes, filteradditionsand layout adjustments, and ensuretimelyimplementation.
  • Perform routine health checks including data refresh status, performancemetricsand usage analytics, and raise alerts for anomalies.
  • Maintain a catalogue of dashboards,metadataand change logs to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the first line of contact for dashboard users by troubleshooting access issues, answering functionalqueriesand providing guidance on self-service features.
  • Produce and update user guides.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders, analyze usagepatternsand propose enhancements to improve usability,performanceand data quality.
  • Stay up to date with Power BI releases, newvisualisationsand best-practice guidelines.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and plan development tasks, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures, adhering to best practices for application development and operation.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Strong Power BI, SQL, data modelling, DAX and Power Query capabilities, combined with release management, documentation, analytical attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Specific Qualifications:  BE/BTech/MBA Degree
