Position Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Developer to join our high‑performing development team that builds and maintains ComIt application. The role combines deep hands‑on coding with technical aspects, architecture design. You will be responsible for delivering robust, secure, and scalable applications using a modern .NET stack on the backend and React/TypeScript on the front‑end.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices. Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Architecture & Design: Drive architectural decisions, design scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Guide the team on best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Full Lifecycle Development: Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and production support, in an Agile/Scrum environment.  Technical debt backlog and drive refactoring initiatives.
  • Implement RESTful WebAPI services using .NET6/7, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Build responsive, performant UI components with React, TypeScript, Redux (or equivalent state management).
  • Implement and manage integrations with various systems and third-party services, including authentication and authorization using OAuth.
  • Optimize data access and queries against PostgreSQL, ensuring high throughput and low latency. Familiarity with Hangfire is an add-on, but not mandatory.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage applications in a cloud environment (e.g., Azure or AWS) and ensure smooth CI/CD automation and deployment processes.
  • Ensure high standards for code quality, security, and performance across the stack, implementing testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2E testing). 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

    • Expert‑level C#/.NET (Core/5/6/7) and ASP.NET Core Web API development.
    • Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development.
    •  UI/UX best practices, responsive design, CSS‑in‑JS (styled‑components, Emotion) or SCSS.
    • Front‑end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
    • Unit testing (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest) and integration testing (TestServer, EF Core InMemory).
    • OAuth2.0 / OpenID Connect implementation for secure authentication & authorization.
    • Ability to write clear technical documentation and API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger).
    • Strong experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
    • Experience with Hangfire or similar background processing tools.
    • Experience implementing authentication protocols, including OAuth and JWT.
    • Familiarity with Git, Windows server, and DevOps practices.
