Beschrijving
We are looking for a Permanent Control Officer to join our Finance Department and perform permanent control activities as the 1st level of defense (1LOD) in accordance with Group requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update the Finance Department processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Group and statutory requirements
- Review and update risk assessment analysis based on Group requirements for the Finance perimeter
- Review and update the annual Control Plan as per group requirements based on risk assessment analysis
- Perform and document the planned controls
- Manage and comply with local and Group reporting requirements within Finance Permanent Control perimeter
- Provide support and input to the LoD2 Finance team (2nd Level of Defense)
- Assist and provide input on annual statutory audit, as well as for Group’s internal audit missions
- Assist and provide input to management on compliance & control area within Finance perimeter
- Train and assist the Finance team to ensure that Group processes and procedures are understood and respected in daily activities
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of finance experience; previous experience as financial controller/internal auditor is a plus
- Advanced level of English (written/spoken)
- Relevant knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with the month-end/year-end closing process for financial statements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
