About Business line/Function: PMLS - Liquidity

Position Purpose: 

·       Purpose: Responsible for the Development and Maintenance of OLS application which is a BNP Paribas group Liquidity reporting application. 

·       Scope: ISPL based PMLS IT Development team. Responsibility for the IT development and enhancement of PMLS applications

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• 4+ Years of experience 

·       Develop and enhance Dashboard and web application as assigned by team lead.

·       Contribute and propose changes to application design.

·       Creating products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing

·       Contribute to develop, maintain and improve in house python applications. 

·       Meeting with the project lead to discuss requirements and/or project progress

·       Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments

·       Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages Python, Pyspark, Dash , HTML and Javascript

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Working as part of a multidisciplinary team

·       Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and plan development tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

·       Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

·       Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures, adhering to best practices for application development and operation.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·       Experience developing and using RESTFull API's

·       Expert knowledge of Flask API, FASTAPI

·       Good knowledge of Flask, html and JavaScript.

·       Strong experience in Python Data science library(including Pandas and Numpy)

·       Strong experience using pyspark for distributed computing. 

·       Good knowledge of DASH/Plotly libraries. 

·       Good knowledge of Python including the ability to create and maintain projects and classes

·       Experience with tools like Celery, Nginx, Gunicorn etc.

·       Experience of Full development life cycle 

·       Excellent attention to details

·       Good development skills with proven track record 

·       Very high level of motivation

·       Strong communication skills.

·       A positive and collaborative attitude
