Job Title: IT PMO Analyst

Department: CIO Office – IT Sourcing COE 

About Business line/Function: Cardif IT Head Office

Position Purpose: As part of the global IT Sourcing Center of Expertise (CoE), the candidate will be responsible for the IT Sourcing activities related to the Cardif APAC Region and will report functionally to the head of Sourcing CoE.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • The scope of responsibilities encompasses both internal and external sourcing. Internal sourcing activities are related to employees and consist of various HR IT initiatives and projects. The external sourcing activities cover the external resources (contractors, consultants) and vendors.
  • Act as a first level contact for APAC IT teams, regional and countries HR and Procurement/Vendor management teams on IT Sourcing matters.
  • Produce Reports, Dashboards and KPIs related to the monitoring of the IT Sourcing activities.
  • Pro-actively analyze said reporting and engage in cooperation with peer teams to redress data quality issues and/or document trends.
  • Acquire knowledge of the existing reporting framework and evolve it to match appropriate quality and resilience standards.
  • Maintain an active documentation of the overall reporting activity and workings of the artefacts.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the various recurring Sourcing committees (Exco, countries / regions, suppliers, peer groups, IT Group…).
  • Take on / contribute to ad-hoc analyses performed as the needs arise related to the activity.
  • Contribute to / follow-up on regional actions part of the juniorization and gender diversification initiatives led by the corporate team.
  • Contribute to / follow-up on Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) reporting and HR reporting related to succession plans, backup plans and skills matrices.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • The successful candidate shall be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI on several aspects:
  • Data manipulation, cleansing, feature engineering, etc…
  • Multi-dimensional data mining and analysis
  • Visual representation of analysis, under several formats (tabular reports, graphs, Key Performance Indicators calculations, trends analyses, etc…)
  • Light automation of time-intensive data-preparation related tasks.
  • Maintenance and evolution of the reporting production framework.
  • Other aspects of the function will involve the following:
  • Maintenance of proper documentation of data and reporting production activities with a view to enabling colleagues to take on aspects of these activities if necessary.
