About the job

  • The Cash Management Client Support Trainee will support the Daily Servicing team on operational activities linked to clients’ day-to-day banking operations
  • Unlike permanent analysts, the intern will not manage a dedicated client portfolio but will contribute to transversal tasks that enable the team to remain efficient, responsive, and well-organized
  • This internship is an opportunity to discover corporate cash management services and gain hands-on experience within a dynamic service-oriented environment

Your Main Activities Are

  • Daily Operational Support
    1. Follow-up and execution of predefined servicing tasks under supervision
    2. Assist in processing standard requests relating to payments, cash reports, account documentation, or daily investigations
    3. Monitor inboxes and allocate requests to relevant team members when appropriate
    4. Track status of selected client requests and ensure proper completion
  • Quality & Process Assistance
    1. Ensure data consistency and accuracy in the internal tools (ticketing systems, trackers, logs)
    2. Support in maintaining structured documentation (tracking files, status reports, FAQs, templates)
  • Service Monitoring & Reporting
    1. Produce simple operational reports (e.g., daily log of follow-ups, open cases, delays)
    2. To lead client's satisfaction surveys
    3. Highlight anomalies or recurring issues observed while processing tasks
    4. Contribute to improvement proposals based on observed inefficiencies
  • Learning Areas & Exposure. Throughout the internship, the student will be exposed to
    1. Corporate banking environment and service delivery model 
    2. Payment flows (e.g., SEPA, international payments), account servicing flows
    3. Ticketing flows and operational prioritization 
    4. Internal communication flows between servicing teams, account managers, and operational departments 
    5. The objective is to progressively increase autonomy on assigned tasks, while respecting procedures and control rules

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business / Management / Economics or related fields    
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in 
    1. MS Office Excel
    2. Basic IT tools
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability 
  • Analytical ability
  • Communication skills, both written and oral
